And I made the potential mistake of looking up a video of what I have ahead of me. Holy fuck. I just did that part. The first few bits aren't too bad once you literally know what's up. The part with the saws is intimidating but remember you can cling to a wall for as long as you need to in order to plan your moves -- and that you don't have to use the rocket jump through all of it.

To me playing GURPS is fine, if you don't mind playing a little loose with the rules. Because there are rules for just about everything, and god help you if you are playing with a rules lawyer and you actually need to look up the rules on something that only comes up once in a blue moon.

Its a great system if your GM can go "Fuck it this is what iIm gonna do, or else we'll spend half an hour trying to find it" to keep things moving along.

I'm inclined to agree. But I'm also of the mind that you should always play loose with the rules, only bring up situational shit as the GM or player if it's adversely affecting the narrative, which is why I said I don't think system matters in the first place. Unless you either want or don't want a tactical miniatures game inside your roleplaying game, then I can see 3rd-4th ed D&D being annoying to have to play in if you don't, or a system like Fate being annoying if you do. Whatever, as long as we're playing games together, that's all that should matter, you know? No sense in getting bent out of shape about other people having different opinions.

I think it was the eyes. In close-ups you could see pink around the eye, and then in a shot that zoomed into Batman's face you could see it was bloodshot, and the blood and such was very convincing.

Freedom Wars will also have PvP with prefectures fighting against each other. I wonder how that will translate to the NA release. If it's just choosing a Japanese prefecture to fight for or if it will actually be states warring against each other. Freedom Wars sounds more and more like something that could be incredibly big if it weren't on the most niche of all platforms. I'm really fucking hyped regardless.

Lions (in most real world cultures) are symbols of power. I'm just throwing around ideas, but maybe the fact that Lynels are lion centaurs could be why they're fire breathers, and the archery may be in play with the arrows? Not sure about the thieves though.
