I fail to see what the big deal is. I saw the deleted video, and they didn't say anything particularly offensive to the sender. It was certainly awkward and should've been edited out, but sheesh...
All statements about the senders intent aside, it was a big, ugly, useless hunk of metal. What was the sender expecting?
As I said before, a whole lot of thin-skinned bellyaching on Facebook about this. The Best Friends guys aren't saints, but the fact that they owned up to the blunder and apologized for it in itself is above and beyond normal internet celebrity conduct. Remember Spoony's breakdown a year or so back?
When did being morally outraged about the fact that others "might" be upset become a thing?
