That's exactly it. I have started to build some muscle but I still seem to lack basic definition even most veteran armchair neckbeards have. It's a funny thing trying to figure out what to do, some days I like to do extensive cardio to drop this "gut" but since there's no muscle it doesn't go anywhere..push ups so far have seemed to help me build the arms, so salvaging the new arm strenght I can now go out and do pull ups.

because i have been super socially awkward for most of my life, and now that i am finally gaining some charisma, everyone i know is taken and it is so hard to find people that you can have a good conversation with these days :(

I have been terrified and angry lately. I didn't sleep last night because when I laid down to try to fall asleep my thoughts just went to how unmotivated I am and how I need to get my fucking act together.

It was sort of a depressing inspiration, but I also still haven't slept and I'm starting to get kinda loopy.
