He is probably going to be a Journey to the West homage like Infernape was. If Wotter is going to be a samurai and use a katana, he is likely going to be a bipedal pokemon. I'm guessing smugleaf will evolve into some sort grass/flying dragon pokemon. Although it'd be cool if he became some sort of giant anaconda/wurm pokemon.
