My laptop won't stop this high pitched humming. What is the best remedy for this? I'm willing to spend money if it has to be cleaned or whatever, but what exactly do I need to ask for?

Probably just dust overtaxing your fans. Get a can of compressed air.

I've tried blowing that in the area it's buzzing at, it does not stop.

This is bad, real bad. I had to wear ear plugs all day today...I need to take it in to a shop I think. I'm thinking staples, but what do I say.

Might be your fan dying/clogged too. Noises like that (especially constant ones) are usually the result of fans.
