I wasnt going to do this at first, but since it turned out so good i went ahead and added special effects to it, a layer of transparent light and dark shadow. I have to agree. I'm not into pregnant pictures so this pic really doesn't do it for me. The artwork itself is amazing, this artists is great, but I wish that artists would take into account the varying tastes of their audience. At the end of the day it is their pic, obviously, and their right to make it look however they want, but fetishes like this are very limiting, I like it better when artists do variants, seeing this picture with the characters un-impregnated would be AWESOME!

The pregnant pics just ruins it for me. I would rather see more of Alex and Julie having sex more than seeing a little girl getting pregnant.

Someone should do more Alex and Julie pics because I really enjoy those two more then the other two siblings

It's not the pregnancy that ruins this but the fact that they looked not pregnant but straight up inflated.

Critical failure. It seems I have trouble writing longer stories, and to be blunt I took a bite I can't chew. Arguably my fail in the writing department also had to do with RL issues which simply swarmed me from all sides. I hate myself for not finishing the story, and I truly did want to do a good Julie/Alex fic with a side of everything.

I WANT to do a Julie/Alex fic, and eventually I will. I like them both and I think they're awesome, but I feel that I must come up with a completely different story for WWOEC (or the /co/ crowd; basically the same good folks) just so that I don't seem like more of a jackass. Melusine deserves a proper go as well, but that's only something I vaguely feel that has to be done in the far future.

I should've been more reasonable. I actually wrote a shitload of fapfics in the good old days under an evil nom de plume and I should've known by now that I'm more suited to longer oneshots than multichapter stories.

i get the flat colors done, and before i get started on shading... what happens? he appears again. sure he hasn't gone back to color these old pages yet and maybe never will but i can't do it while i still think there's a possibility, and so that means the work i put into it already is wasted.

the universe brought incog back to spite me. i guess it didn't realize how much that would also delight me.

i don't know what colored pages you're referring to, since these are the only ones of his i've worked on and i've never actually put them anywhere (nor will i, now that he's back), but the one i'm referring to i literally just did a couple days before incog came back.

but dude, it's a joke, along the lines of "wouldn't you know it would happen that way?" i don't literally believe that my starting to color his work (and not yet upload the results anywhere) magically summoned him back.

Here's hoping you hit your stride soon... and keep the younger half of the Power brood in mind when you do. Alex and Julie really are a Grade-A wincest couple, but your Jack and Katie are ridiculously adorable. The part where he actually called her 'sweetie' was like three CCs of sugar straight to my heart.

Just a quick question or two if I may. How did all this come about? I remember seeing pic related on 4chan somewhere (this was years ago, 4 maybe 5, probably even longer) and making a mental note to search for more, but then forgot about it.

I then see one of the edits today and find this thread.
I'm just curious, it seems these things have been going on for years, what spawned the incest theme? Not that I mind, it just seems strange. Is it hinted at in the actual comic or something?

i made that particular edit. and a number of others.

how it came about? on /co/ somebody did it as an exploitable... all the text removed and just Katie's "ewww" left in, so people could add their own dialogue. a few people did different variations, and i was one of them. i found it really fun, so I went a little overboard, including a lot of different pages from the comic and sometimes editing the actual art (for example, there's a series of the 'eww' comic with Katie talking to adult-Julie instead of adult-Katie that i made, and a few other variations).

as to why incest?

well, i LIKE incest. there's no specific incest hinting in the series that i'm aware of (although there were a few times Julie was naked in front of her siblings... there was a plausible explanation each time... it happened most often when she had the cloud powers, which left clothes behind if they weren't her special costume, but it's a bit eyebrow raising), i just think they make a good incest couple, and apparently others agree since i've seen a few other incest edits, porn, fictions, and other such things over the years.

The inherent joy of incest as depicted in fiction, and the often expressed desire towards it through these edits, stories and so on has for its root a philosophical explanation. There is a very specific reason why men like the idea of incest with a sister/mother, and it is quite a legitimate and I dare say obligatory reason if one understands the why and goes beyond mere carnal lust. I however will not elaborate on this.

Like your art work, I enjoy the ones with older brother doing little sister.
