So I'm not going to say "no, never," but I would go so far as to say that if you find it, you've basically hit the lottery.
...that's assuming you're talking about art by the actual artists or fanart from Japan. I wouldn't be surprised if there's western-originating fanart depicting, say, Spike Spiegel celebrating hanukkah, as part of the popular western fan belief that Spike is Jewish.
