When i say on-model i usually mean show/movie accurate. Each artist has it's own style of course, and that makes their art unique. But personally, i don't like when they "sexy-up" too much a character, too much curves, too much boobs, and so. With a character like Violet making something accurate could be difficult because her design is very stylized, thin as a stick, so it's understandable if the artists take some liberties. Right now in Paheal the two most recent Violet Pics, one by Rasp, and the Syndrome one, are something i would consider on-model, They are by no means accurate but they don't make the character unrecognizable. Zimmerman for example, he draws very good, very sexy, but his characters barely look like the originals. But to each his own, variety is the spice of life after all.
