So what do you guys think of that Pokemon Tabletop Adventures?
Pokémon Master(s?) Quest? That game is rocking!
No, the thing /tg/ is working on.http://1d4chan.org/wiki/Pokemon_Tabletop_AdventuresIt seems pretty awesome.
Oh god, it's great! I DM a campaign almost every Saturday. However, I would advise waiting for the Beta coming out next month because a few of the concepts are a little hard to understand in their current wording.
>>9508Yeah I...haven't even attempted to make sesne of the rules for pokemon.
I've been obsessed over it since I found out about it. My friends and I are really enthusiastic for the release... We just need to wait for the beta, heh. I've been editing the Alpha Splatbook for fun, if that's any indicator.
>>9518Are you the one who put it together into a single .DOC?
>>9538Nope- That guy is my saint though. Besides DM Stark.Speaking of which, anybody know how to contact him? I have a few questions about the researcher class.
>>9576No idea. Anything in particular? Maybe I can help decipher it.
I am really excited about playing this. A few friends at school want to play and fortunately some one else is DM (WM?) ing for our group. Personally I like playing with minis so im also watching the pokemon Next Quest mini game that was released a few years ago.
So uh...where the hell do I find the base stats of Pokemon?
>>11733Bulbapedia?
>>11735Only gives it at level 50.
>>11737It depends on which version you're using. In the alpha, it was in the Pokemon GM ONLY folder, under the title Pokemon Base Stats. For the beta, it's in the GM Guide pdf, page 4.
>>11738Ah! Thanks a bunch.
I'd like to play it but the complexity of the rules is too off-putting for my group.
>>11777If you're willing to DM, you can basically run the game for them, and they can play it like a regular pokemon game.
Incidently, the other nights session was the most fun I've had with pokemon since I was 12.
