Just finished watching the ep. First impressions:- Fight scenes are more actiony this time around. Then again, it could be exclusive to the pilot ep.- They actually go the digital world early. Please let this be a sign that it'll be more similar to season 1.- Fusion digivolutions looks like it'll be prominent/common. So does that mean each kid gets 3+ partners? Or that the goggleboy gets an inordinate amount of attention, AGAIN? Do not want.

Hmm... it seems that digimon rank is going to be less relevant, if at all. Kinda breaks the usual structure in ways I don't think I like. Time will tell how it turns out.I hope the other kids get Digimon that do something and get fair amount of development
First episode is pretty... generic. Nothing really stood out all that much. Still, it's just the first episode, so it can't be expected to instantly win everybody's hearts.
