Well, I dunno, man, I'm not very good with requests. I don't draw much and am a bit of a lunatic so it turns out the drawings that go beyond vague lines on a blank page are very much sudden bursts of the moment or things I reaaaally reaaaaally badly feel the urge to draw.

I'm not saying I won't do it, i'd like to, eventually, but really, removing Spirou doesn't really change the actual probabilities.

I'd settle for nearly anything as long as its Melusine.

Color pics take between two to eight extra hours, so for them to happen it pretty much has to be a week where I know nothing important will pop up at work or in my more mainstream hobbies and I can afford less sleep.

And the lineart can take ages too. The next color pic has been in the buffer for weeks, just because it's not easy poses.

Plus half of the pics I posted here are in black & white, so if that somehow led you to expect permanent color, well, you were sorely mistaken.

That won't happen until I can pull off a whole colored pic in two hours.

Well, I think it's more complex than that (plus I'm terrible with my commissioners, though so far it's always been a matter of delays and not quality), but I'm mostly dumbfounded by how the complaint about lack of colors comes after a color pic (not to mention the two preceding B&W pics have been getting pretty good feedback here and there, apart from the occasional futaphobic comment).

I wish I could take credit for a color piece like that but basically my tablet's been on a shelf pretty much since that dirty pair sketch and I've been away for much of the last month. Only drawings I'd have to show for it are lousy scribbles in a notebook that'd make even my lamest oekaki look like the Mona Lisa.
