It's not so much that CA, TX and NY "deserve" to be in Supreme God Tier, but rather they're one of the few that can qualify for that status.

Iowa really needs to be in the Nice or Meh tier. I hated it when I was younger, but unless you get caught in a horrible snow storm it's a beautiful area with lots of nice people and a stress-free environment. If you're a social bug you might be SOL unless in one of the few large cities, but otherwise a great place to relax and retire.
