You can't download stuff off Netflix, otherwise it wouldn't be renting.

Anyway, watching it off Instant is fine unless you mind having to watch it on your computer (even then if you have a current console you can watch it off there).

Add all of it to your instant queue, then watch on 360/PS3/some other Netflix streaming device on your big screen tv. Get popcorn, enjoy marathoning.

Get the DVD's. Netflix quality for these episodes are terrible for some reason. It's great for every other show, but shit for this one...
