IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS YEAR'S TOURNAMENT:
>Double battles, four Pokemon to a team each match.
>UNOVA POKEMON ONLY. Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Gensect excluded.
>The move Sky Drop is also banned.
>Species and Item Clauses are in effect (No two of the same Pokemon, no two of the same item)

Furthermore it looks like they added a new Division; Masters Division, for anyone born in '95 or prior. The Junior and Senior Divisions remain unchanged, though the Senior Division received a little restructuring.
