I actually met him during the meetup, and did a brief interview with him about him as a 4channer, his costume, and how and why Homestuck got popular in the first place. it was actually two silver gloves i bought at claires that went up to the elbow. We cut the hand off one and sewed it to the end of the other so it would go farther up the arm. The lines were drawn in sharpie by my friend while wearing it.

No. They aren't bad because they're fat, they're bad because Gamzee's horns are shittily made and taped on and he is wearing completely unfitting clothing, while Kanaya's hair is wrong and her dress is wrinkled. Also, she needs a well-fitting bra. Kanaya's dress isn't actually bad though, it's just the bad bra/no bra (?) combined with some mediocre tailoring so the fabric bunches in unflattering ways.

My cosplay is basically done. I actually resized the glasses today so they'll be smaller than what they are in this picture. I'll most likely have my wig on Friday because it's going to be styled on Thursday night.

I got mine from a site called Zentai-Zentai and had mine costume fitted but when I got it I had almost an extra foot of legging length and some slack in the arms (I thought me and my friend took exact measurements) so I took my zentai to my grandmothers textile shop to got it fitted and now it fits like a glove!

actually im in the picture so I'm aware of how much photoshopping there is and isnt. Our arms weren't in grey make up so there wouldn't be smearing + easier to clean up because a few of us had work directly after the shoot. The main reason for the photoshopping is becuase we found out after the shoot that our main camera ended up really shaky, so we had to go with shots from a lower quality camera

There is some photoshopping, but it's mostly filtering and adding grey to our arms, theres next to no airbrushing, and none on aradia (only the removal of some powerlines and equius's wig going crazy in the wind). Picture is of terezi's arm in the original photo.
