Not sure if this goes here but, since /tg/ seems like it moves too fast for this, and since I somehow had banned text in this post and I can't post for a day, I'll post it here to work on. Copypasta time.

After the discussion from the last thread, I've got a much better vision of how this should be done, so instead of just asking for
Pros, Cons, Personality, I'm going to ask you guys who should fall into the categories of Offense, Defense, or Support.

After we have that sorted out then we can set in stone what the costumes should have as traits. You're still free to suggest costumes, abilities, personalities, and so on.

I have no idea what this is, but you need a "slutty" costume modifier for the ca/tg/irls. Like slutty devil and slutty mummy and so on.

This is one of the things we really wanted to avoid. Everyone just ends up turning them into their waifus than actually caring about the game. And also the fact that these are all supposed to be children in costume.

Okay, that sounds interesting. IMO:

Offense
Slasher ghoul
Wolfman
Evil clown

Defense
Science monster (slow but enduring)
Mummy

Support
Ghost (hexes, sneaking)
Witch (special effects, curses)

Unsure
Vampire. They usually big bads, so what do you keep: undying strength, blood draining, fligt, bat form...
Skeleton. Don't really have any strong suit as far as I know. They don't excel in any of those roles.
Devil. Same issue as vampires; probably offense, though.
Jack-O-Lantern. Not familiar enough with the myth.

As for costume suggestions, off the top of my head:

Pirate
Ninja
Fairy/princess
Bunny/bear/other fluffy thing
Zombie (or drop Skeleton and use Undead instead, and put it in Defense)
Knight
Robot
Cowboy
Man in Black/Neo type
Gentleman/Lady
...

One of things I had in mind, was that the powerful costumes would be harder to have cooperate with the team. For example the vampire's bloodlust, the witch's insufferable bitchiness, and the devil's sodomizing etc.
