Upgrading from a GeForce 8800.Any suggestions on what to get?
How much are you willing to spend? Would you rather have a single slot card, or a multi-slot card?
What Moe said.Unless you like to run folding@home or other distributed computing stuff like that, one of ATI's 5k cards.

The 5890 offers only slight performance increase at a high premium. Running a single GPU, I would then steer you towards EVGA, BFG or XFX for their lifetime warranties as heat won't be nearly as much of an issue.

>>627Yeah. Look up ATI Crossfire and nVidia SLI. A small number of motherboards now also allow three or four cards but they run at 8x instead of 16x which both cards will run at with most xfire/sli good quality motherboards.
