The forehead ridges are to prominent/large, and the the facial features seem odly aligned/proportioned. The nose is to far off to the left, the eyes don't seem to match up, and the moth shouldn't hang below the chin. To me, the head looks like an eight year old boy's blown up and put on a diferent body. The creases near the joints seem off as well, making her seem aged yet oddly muscular, as if her joints had worn away but her muscles were still in good condition.

All of these things I mentioned, I should probably note, would work very well in a different kind of picture, but they don't convey "hot babysitter" very effectively. If you don't mind pornography not being your forte, then they arn't as much of a problem, but you should still work on making more feminine looking faces. Let me know if anything seemed unhelpfull, I just tryed to point out the thigns that bothered me.

I think it'd be hilarious to have Cosmo shaped like Jabba the Hut with Vicky in the cheesy Princess Leia garb. I don't even care for Star Wars, that'd just be funny.
