* LOOK AT THESE MOTHERFUCKING WATCHES GOD DAMN.http://www.etsy.com/shop/revolt70?ref=top_trail* I just got my prescription and I'm buying glasses as soon as I get my debit card. Probably getting them from Zenni Optical or Glasses Unlimited. Do you nerds know any more glasses shops online?* I want to buy more of that miracle underwear from Uniqlo, but each part is $10.50. I'm not used to paying so much for underwear. :(
>>273627Fuck you ties are sweet.
I am proud of each and every time I've been compared to a Mad Max character.
>>273628Black ties are standard, so I guess that's something.>Tie and flannel printIs bad and you should feel bad.Randomly posting tie pictures until discussion continues.
One day this will be my wardrobe. One day.
>>273631Mad Men does a lot of things right, but of all things, the ties make the show for me. Maybe because I felt so cool having already bought into skinny ties before.Mad Men: The Show About Ties
>>273634This is just a nice tie.
>>273635
>>273637I mean really, these ties. They also managed to sneak in a lot of knit ties, which are the best, and most versatile ties.
Only thing I don't like about Mad Men is that it makes me wish I didn't have long hair.It just doesn't work, man.
>>273642I resisted cutting my hair for the longest time, because fluffy, wavy hair revolts when it isn't long enough to weigh itself down, but then I learned the secrets of dat pomade.
>>273642It can be done, but you're better off going with the Italian look of 'slightly unkempt' that they love. There's a method to it, and it's up to you to find the perfect harmony that makes it look effortless, let also not like you woke up hungover.Triple H here is a stupid-sized dude, and his big dorky tie and ridiculous shoulders make him look horrible, compare here, where you look stylish and rough sexy
>>273577I like trench coats, but I refuse to wear a black one.I've got tan, gray, white, and blue trenchcoats. But I normally just wear a normal coat.>>273581Though I too know the joys of the impromptu trenchcoat blanket.
>>273647Never growing my hair that long again. Just...no. It wouldn't work anymore.
>>273647>you're better off going with the Italian look of 'slightly unkempt' that they love. And then Pablo was the Dimitri
cravats were here ties are small time
>>273650I'll never cut mine short for the same reasons.
>>273653I've don't have the website for it.>>273656Scarves here, better than you and more stylish for the same reasons.
>>273642Wear dapper kilt ensembles.
>>273663That is amazing.
>>273662scarves is cheating, they are the best accessory
>>273631>Wear what I like>Don't give a shit what Pablo thinksobamafistbump.jpg
>>273596Normally I'm a fan of tuxes on women to begin with, but the way she pulls it off WITH the pomp is like porn. Androgyny is the best.
>>273722That pompadour... so beautiful.
>>273680Sure okay.In the end, the only real fashion rule is confidence. Once you got the confidence, you can wear anything and rock it good, bro.
>>273342I used to wear a lot of patterned tights but man, at some point I just figured out that bare legs work better for me. Somethin' about me doesn't agree with busy patterns.
>>273728So true. Even with a fanny pack.
>>273787
Gentlemen.
I have a white panama hat, light blue nice shirt and a vest not sure what pants to wear it with
>>273791dude i saw those on top gear years ago, that's some vintage shit
>>273820Cotton-weave khakies, brown leather belt and brown leather shoes. Then lose the hat. I'm assuming the vest isn't any other color than white.
>>273823>>273866Like so. Why are so concerned with wearing a vest? Do you think it's mandatory for class, but it will look silly with what you're wearing. Just rock it casual.
>>273868Bro I am wearing two vests.
>>273902And then Coela's name was Nicky.
>>273691All of my love. <3 >>273680Queer or not, ties and such don't work well with busy clothes like plaid and flannel. The only thing that really works is suspenders. Fuck yeah labour hands.Wait, just make everyone cry and get a plaid/flannel tie.
>>273958>Plaid/flannel tieOh god no, never.
>>273958My dad probably has one. I guess 30 years ago the school he works at put in a dress code for the teachers that said all the men had to wear ties. He hated ties so he fought the power and got a bunch of completely ridiculous ones that would embarrass the principal enough to revoke the rule, but by the time it got struck down he already had a reputation as the "silly tie guy" and people were sad when he didn't wear them. Now he has like 400 of them, they broke his tie rack, so he moved them into my old closet. He's got like, chainmail ties, dissection themed ties, enough Christmas ties that he can wear a different one every day in December, a wooden puzzle tie, ties for every occasion.
>>273965Normally I'm not a fan of ties, but I'll gladly wear a chainmail one.
HEY MAYA! Clothing show is September 24th, 25th, and 26th. We were talking about going on Sunday because that's when all of the places will be tying to unload their shit for cheap.http://www.theclothingshow.com/If you gimme yer email, I can send you these coupons that got forwarded onto me, too.

>>274387You might be right, but I'm still cordially inviting you to SUCK MY ASS.
>>274389Is that before or after our honeymoon we go shopping at the thrift shops?

>>274395Either or. I'm up for anythang gurl.
>>27458I want the girl in that picture. That is all.
Does anyone know the best way to dye some black leather gloves blue? I tried once before with some hobby store paint, and ended up with a sticky mess that I eventually had to throw out.
>>276172Leather products have been around for literally ages, and there are doubtless dyes made for furniture, automobile, and saddle leather that should do the trick for gloves. If you insist on cheaping it, bleach followed by blue ink, maybe?
>>276172there is such a thing as leather paint. It is a simple google search away.If you want specific brand information,. you can tempt the volatile tides of /cgl/
>>276173>>276188I used leather paint last time - leather paint from a Hobbycraft. I painted it over some black leather men's gloves I picked up for £5 off a market stall. I followed the instructions on the bottle, and stood the gloves up using an empty bottle of bleach. Damn things never stopped being sticky.Maybe it's because I left them in my parents' conservatory...
