Well keep in mind all Jojo Antagonists have their ups and downs.

Dio did manage to kill Johnathan (eventually) and take his body, plus he managed to get a whole bunch of stand users together and successfully killed like, 3/4 of Jotaro's party.

Yea Joseph survived but it was via complete bullshit science that really shouldn't have made sense.

I mean hell, he probably would've beat Jotaro if he didn't conveniently have THE EXACT SAME POWER that let him murder basically everyone else.

Cars wasn't the most complex or interesting villain. but I emjoyed him and the rest of the Pillarmen all the same. I respect your opinion but disagree. For me at least, Part 2 was enjoyable for more than just two characters. Joseph and Caesar were among the best parts of that story, but they weren't the only pieces of it that I enjoyed.

I can see going for a "so bad it's good" kind of thing like DUWANG does but gg can't even muster that consistently or use even basic British slang properly so it just looks like shit the whole way through
