Never read anything she's written, though I know the Earthsea books to be famous.

It'd be intriguing if the site showed the results of the analysis in more detail, instead of just saying the writer. Like, why do I write like her, and how is it that she even writes as such. What kind of words and sentence structures and so on are used.

I gave it that Jack the Giant Killer story I wrote for a SYM thread a while back. Apparently I write like Isaac Asimov.

It's not looking at the content of the writing. Computer programs aren't that smart. It's looking at phrasing and sentence structures.

I've noticed that works that depend heavily on dialouge, espcially where two characters get 'broken up' focus, tends to get William Shakespeare and J. K. Rowling as their style. Which makes sense.
