Ok this is basically the best book series ever. Reasons:

1. FUCKING UNICORNS
2. The most powerful magical of all: the magic of friendship.
3. 12 year old girls.

Also,
>"Her name is Stormbringer. She's a mistwolf."

FFFFFFFFFF

Okay, I need more of this. It sounds like comedy gold.

I knew a guy named Stormbringer once. He wrote interracial porn.

I dont trust this book, it sounds like some kind of commie-nazi-liberal propoganda.

I'm more curious about the guy who wrote these two lines one after the other

>Ok this is basically the best book series ever. Reasons:

>FUCKING UNICORNS

I'm you're pretty excited about horses with goddamn horns, man. That, or these books are a lot less kid-friendly than first glance suggests.

I dunno, maybe theres a panel like that one from X-men. With Wolverine clawing through Pixie dust going "FUCKING UNICORNS!"
Maybe it's something like that.

Unicorns are badass. Seriously. There's a breed in the Middle East that just attacks anything it sees. Sometimes it'll spear something like a rhino or an elephant and then just walk around with a giant rotting corpse stuck on its horn. That's actually a rather common cause of death for those guys: collapsing under the weight of something huge that you killed.

Unicorns don't breed, they reproduce magically.

I mean breed the noun, not breed the verb. Breed as in kind or subspecies.

Wait a minute, even if they do it magicaly, its still breeding, just using sparkles and wishes insted of DNA.

"But Kara knew how close she had come to taking the unicorn's magic. The temptation to keep the jewel had nearly blinded her, but she had made her choice. She would choose to work with her friends and protect all magical creatures. Even without the jewel, she was the blazing star. Whatever magic she had was inside her, something no could take away." - Vol. 2, pg 167

I remember when I was a wee preteen girl and obsessed with unicorns and magic and horses, etc. (all girls go through that stage at some point, don't judge me), I read this series about this girl on a horse ranch? I think, and she had amnesia, and it turned out that she was actually the princess of this ~*~magical unicorn kingdom~*~ and one of the horses was a unicorn who was her BFF or something and together they traveled to the kingdom (IIRC, on a rainbow or something, I hope I'm just be making that up) and fought off some EVIL menace and gained some more unicorn companions and lived happily ever after or something. >>1908 reminded me of it, because the unicorns all had jewels on the bases of their horns and they were all different colors and they could all talk. It was like pornography for 8-12 year old girls.

Edit: After typing all that out, I wondered if I could find those books again merely by googling the words "jewel unicorns." Yup, here they are: http://www.amazon.com/Road-Balinor-Unicorns/dp/0439062802/ref=pd_sim_b_3

So, was she a unicorn herself somehow?

How does a human end up ruling a unicorn kingdom? Were there Unicorn Wars, or did the Unicorns decide to choose a different species to rule them?

No.1951
>>1948
We're talking about 9-10 years ago, buddy. You're lucky I remembered that there were unicorns in the book. If you're that desperate to know, they're like 1 cent used on Amazon, no joke.

Not desperate, just trying to stir up trouble.

Just think - do magical creatures still have medicinal value in such worlds? Are there people hunting unicorns for medicine and aphrodisiacs? Do unicorns have to give up one of their population Lottery-style or face terrible war with their human rulers?

Maybe unicorns are employed full-time as virgin-testers. It could come in handy for the royalty and upper class.
