Dofus-hentai is an obvious target because it uses the dofus name, mimics the official site's aesthetic, mentions Ankama by name, is french, plus the owner isn't exactly discreet, setting up a facebook group, asking for donations and, at one point, planning to sell an artbook. Plus multiple mentions of how Ankama couldn't do shit against him. Even now he's saying he won't quite comply.

Paheal is an obvious target simply because of its sheer size, plus the servers are now located in europe.

Beyond those the only sizeable repositories are second-rate generic cartoon porn sites, which may have gotten C&Ds for all you know but aren't nearly as close to the *chan communities.

tl;dr big targets are easy targets. The little guys are unlikely to be the objects of a witch hunt, and even if so it'll start with C&Ds and not lawsuits, because C&Ds dont' cost anything for either side.

Nope. I try to mimic the show's shading by using tones from screencaps. One group for base colours and then a resampled version, with mask for painting in shades.

May I make a suggestion for that one pic in particular ? Add some contrasts, the colors look a bit pale, especially when you put side to side Eva's skin, their respective nightgowns and Amalia's lighter-than-usual brown skin. The problem comes from the quality of the source AVI file, I guess.
