Also, find your favorite internet artist and rip off their methods. Kinda like Bleedman has a few followers who worship and emulate his style.

Fetishes. These sell like hot cakes. Everyone has a fetish and finding an artist willing to go that extra mile will get quite a bit of that. Feet, bondage, feet, feet, feet, shota, the list goes on.

Now those are less than admirable methods to get attention, but you used the word "whoring" so I'm sure you aren't willing to present a portfolio of respectable-in-mainstream-society pictures exclusively. You sound like someone who is willing to get down and dirty to make money.

Oh and if you use DA, be everyone's friend, comment and fave often, send notes to good artists, get collabs with them, and do kiribans. It's a dirty business on DA, and business is good.

I can be understanding of how good or bad other artists are, but when they have been doing this same level of shit with no sign of improvement for years, it's just sad.

I dont think drawing wise XJKenny is really too bad. Just that his colouring method is identical pretty much to what he used years ago, which looks dated in todays age.

But he draws popular character and does requests for people at times and has been around for a lot of years on DA posting regular coloured works. For that much time on DA and that much posting of art, is what the many faves and comments etc.

Also, XJKenny really fucking sucks. He doesn't understand anatomy since all his figures look like dolls with stiff joints. His understanding of perspective is horrible too. He's a more colorful version of that guy who did all those horrible street fighter comics with a self insert.
