If your head grows proportionately to that body your brain ends up floating around in a jar of brain juice getting banged against your skull every time you turn your head. On the other hand if her brain grows is size to much but not complexity she loses functionality and becomes the new Scarlet. So overall, I think it's a good balance of the two extremes.
