Yeah, I've uh...I've sorta noticed the whole "Waists are now as skinny as arms" thing. I'm working on that...I'm aiming to get the torsos back to about this thickness here

Noodle people, not pretty on the eyes. This is disturbingly too apparent on the female, who looks like I could bend her over my knee with no consequences. The huge legs and not-so-feminine face don't help either. Also, no torsos and no rigid structure

I'm gonna have to ask you to post more of your real life studies so I can get a better grasp of what you're capable of .

Had to put the comic on hiatus while I went to school, I just couldn't maintain a consistent update schedule if I was going to school and working part-tim on top of that. Right now I'm revamping things and am planning to relaunch/reboot the comic once my first year of this course is over, hence the redesigns. I've been thinking I might see if some people I know might be willing to help me with things like coding and coloring but I am on a tangent.

Anyway: I will definitely agree with you that there are some issues with the designs I am working with right now, torsos and the thickness thereof being the most glaring. The torsos are the single thing I'm trying hardest to work on. Like I said I'm trying to get the waists back up to about the thickness seen here:

Unfortunately I'm not able to get any life studies on my computer at the moment, But I will get back to you on that in a few days. I definitely think improving the old life drawing would help me hammer out the kinks in the cartoons (I haven't been able to do as much life drawing as I'd like to, what with no longer having access to nude models or actual life drawing classes, but excuses are for the weak!) But I will get some examples of life work to show you soon and hopefully from there we can see what needs improving.

None-feminine designs don't bother me, but I do think some of these are borderline Olive Oyl in appearance. Not bad, just a bit disturbing in certain places.

Probably not as long as I should. I'd say a quick sketch like this would take me about twenty minutes to do, then maybe another five to canonize the lines in pencil.

If I were to actually finish those up and make them look presentable it'd be another fifteen to twenty minutes to ink them and probably thirty minutes to an hour to colour.

Okay, I think I've finalized a costume/general design for Felix that I like. I've kept the superfluous shoulderpad and glove from my previous attempt but got rid of the torn up shirt. I've made the sleeves less tight and made the body a little squatter.

Most importantly I've made his legs skinnier and spaced them farther apart. I'm trying to give him a more reddish/brownish colour scheme so we'll see how that goes...

I think I've created a monster...

See, I've had this idea for a villain floating around in my head for a while: A lazy, self-righteous corporate executive in charge of an entire planet.

I'd sort of half-designed the guy but never really did anything with him until recently. See a few weeks ago I was harassed by an asshole customer who kept making ridiculously condescending remarks to me while I was serving him, then had the gall to lie to my manager about my behavior afterward. Guy was a cop who seemed drunk on his own power.

So I was starting to work my experience with that guy into the dude's personality when I reread the Arlong Park arc of One Piece and, well, you take my original idea, add some corrupt cop and a bit of Arlong and you get...

Her hair is awful. I know you have a very cartoonish, stylized way of drawing people, which I'm not gonna preach to you about LOOMIS for. It's just, my god, is that hair awful. The idea of wild, poofy hair is fine, but it's just SO big that It's distracting. Especially the front piece of hair, it just pulls you away from the face.
Another thing I hate about this piece is her hips. She has this really lanky sort of feel going on, and suddenly she has hips that a mother would be shocked by, and her legs look like she somehow managed to change them with a 200 pound teenager. I don't know about other people, but I just find it unappealing. Another thing is her right (our left) wrist and hand is unaligned with her arm, which makes me feel like you didn't draw the arm before drawing the glove.

I'm still sort of playing around with the hair, so it still looks a little wonky. Hopefully that'll sort itself out once I get the hang of it.

I didn't even notice the thing with the wrist until you said so and I think I've figured out what happened: I did draw the whole arm before the glove but when I went back to canonize my roughwork I strayed from my guidelines for some reason and we ended up with the detached wrist we know and "love" today...I should watch that in the future...

A few more observations upon further examination:
Felix's right arm seems to have mysteriously vanished.
Lucy's left arm bends awkwardly at the elbow, and her hand not only looks too big, but it seems to be groping at something that isn't there. It would make more sense if her left hand was either groping herself, or placed on Felix's shoulder to steady herself.
Lucy also seems to be devoid of pubic hair, but I suppose that is more of a stylistic choice.
Overall, I like how you do erotic art. You have your own cartoony style and you make it work, you own it. I also like the use of colors.
Can't wait to see more.

Hey, thanks. I think a lot of the posing issues came about because of me using a photograph in which the woman was steadying herself on the headboard of the bed and I decided to omit said headboard from my drawing. I think if I did this again I've have Lucy's hand on the back of Felix's head...

Your anatomy has certainly improved (I'm not really an expert on the subject though, so don't expect more detail than that).
But I liked the way you did faces before better. I particularly don't like the eyes. It feels too.... 90's. Something about them feels almost stiff. Even the bodies are a little stiff. Not offensively stiff. Just don't be afraid to make them a little more noodley now and then.
I always felt the noodley look is what made your characters distinct.
