Of course, nothing lasts forever. Doc Worth has this amazing ability to just… work out whatever you most want him to never never know, and it’s some kind of freakish talent that he just outright abuses when he thinks it’ll be funny, and his idea of funny isn’t quite the same as everyone else’s, and ... yeah.

He’d been going to Worth’s for a couple of years, so he was pretty sure he was safe because in all this time if he’d actually noticed then surely Worth would have said something by now. Would have done something, at least, even if it was just to stencil something obscene onto a cast limb.

It wasn’t like he got complacent or anything, but somehow it seemed like Worth was being extra slow and thorough with his latest repair work, and surely he hadn’t worked it out, surely he was just, just, just having a total change of character or something. Sharp, bony fingers so so carefully grazing over his wounds with a stingingly cold swab, really taking their time about wrapping everything up. Just barely keeping the linen bandages on the right side of tight, and this was way more attention to his work than Worth usually paid.

“Haha, you okay? You’re not usually this, uh, attentive, when I’ve got all bashed up again,” Hanna laughed nervously.

“You sayin’ I’m usually a bad doctor?” Worth didn’t even glance up, and Hanna couldn’t quite see his face. “Move yer arm, set it here fer a minute.”

“N-no! Just that you’re usually really cranky and you don’t usually just sit and spend this much time just getting everything so, uh, so … tidy.” Hanna tried to crane around and see what Worth was doing. He could feel it, and the bandages were going way further up his forearm than they really needed to, not that he was objecting, god no, but…

“There! Nice and snug, ain’t it?” Worth leered. Hanna realised with a mixture of horror and fascination that his arm had just been very securely wrapped to rail on the edge of the table.

“Ah, wh-what are you doing?” he asked. Worth grinned and took his other arm, starting to swab just as patiently and delicately and maddeningly-slowly at it.

“You gonna tell me y’ don’t like this, then?” His tweezers pointed at Hanna’s crotch which, now sans jeans because of leg wounds, was horribly obvious. “Cuz there’s somethin’ that tells me otherwise.”

Hanna blushed as red as his hair.

“Yer always wrigglin’ an’ chatterin’. Figure this might make y’ a bit more manageable.” Oh god, he was really grinning too much now, he had something planned and it would be a really scary situation if wasn’t so incredibly hot. His other arm was now being bound down just like the first, and all he could feel was thin hands and cold steel and tight linen bandage and fuck, this was what he wanted so so badly.

He bit his lip to keep from chattering too much as Worth started to (agh, so slowly) clean up the scratches on his legs, but the habit was ingrained. The Doc looked up in irritation.

“If yer not gonna shut up, I’ll make y’ shut up.” Hanna flinched under Worth’s glare, but damn, even the threat was kind of enticing. An idea seemed to occur, and Worth rummaged through selections of shiny metal implements. He turned back, brandishing something strange and archaic, and Hanna squirmed in his restraints. “D’you know what this is, eh? This is designed to keep you from talkin’ all the bloody time.”

It was cold and hard and felt totally alien in his mouth, pressing his tongue down and keeping his mouth open at the same time. He felt weirdly vulnerable with it there, leaving him unable to speak or even close his mouth.

Unable to articulate more than throaty gargles, Hanna’s talking was no longer a distraction. Worth continued his patient, patient work, and now it was clear that he really was teasing on purpose. He spread Hanna’s legs, bound his ankles to the frame of the table just like he’d bound his wrists, all firmly tied in bandages. Hanna could wriggle his body, but any real movement was out of the question.

Worth didn’t let him go when he was done patching up all the scratches and cuts and wounds. He fetched scissors from his little surgical tray, and cut Hanna’s underwear off, even as Hanna uselessly tried to say… something. He wasn’t really sure what. All he knew, really, was that he was now naked on a cold steel table, wrapped up and tied down, and he had an incredibly embarrassing raging erection that didn’t wither even under Worth’s disdainful glance.

Worth ran a hand down Hanna’s exposed skin, along scars and hips and stopping just short of his cock. Hanna squirmed, but he didn’t have enough free movement to make any kind of contact.

“Gettin’ greedy, are ya?” Worth smirked, and reached under the table for something. He came back up with a box of disposable gloves and a pump-bottle of clinical grade lubricant. Hanna’s eyes widened as the Doc snapped on gloves and dribbled a sparse helping of the lubricant over the fingers of one gloved hand. The lubed fingers trailed lightly down his cock, over his balls, and kept going.

Unable to close his mouth or bite his lip, Hanna couldn’t keep silent as the (cold!) slicked-up fingers slipped in. Worth was still taking his sweet time about everything, just exploring as he felt fit, letting Hanna moan and writhe and ultimately manage absolutely nothing that Worth didn’t feel like giving. The skinny fingers found his prostate and started to work it, and Hanna wasn’t able to keep even the minimal vocal control he’d had till then.

“Christ, y’ really take yer doctors an’ nurses shit seriously.” Worth muttered on the edge of hearing as Hanna lay gasping and panting. He wandered out of the little room, leaving Hanna alone on the table to get his heartrate back to normal, his breathing back to something sensible.

He was nearly asleep when Worth returned to free him from his various restraints. The little keening noise he made when the gag was taken away did not go unnoticed.

“What’re you complainin’ about? Fuckin’ thing’ll be shuttin’ you up again if you’re back here any time soon.” He glanced down. “And y’ can damn well take care a’ that yerself as well.”

Hanna got dressed quickly, sans underwear, and fled home.

Fuck, yes. He’d be taking care of himself for days after that.

I'm writing a two-part ( first part horror, second part horrorish smut ) fic, and I can't really decide on something. Of course, I'll be posting the smut here, so I'll take your input if you want to give it:

It was like this:
The whole fiasco was utterly avoidable. But the ticktocking--that's what had done him in. It was intriguing--beyond intriguing, it was paranormal, and that's what had drawn him to the man in the first place.
That abominable ticking.
There was probably any number of ways it could've been done, getting a look at the quivering clockwork--the mass of flesh and gears all embedded in one another, clicking and moving. (He wouldn't ever forget the visual. Would never quite get rid of it.)
But no, he had to have offered the clockwork demon a toss in the backseat of a car that properly belonged to the demon's more sensible half.
And the abomination took the offer; that's what made him ashamed of himself. He could've made any other proposition and he would've got a look at what made the man tick, but he stupidly offered himself, and, well, look where it had gotten him.
Going over what had happened a second time was almost as bad as living it the first. He shuddered to think that a few touches and scratches and nips had left him in such a state. The offer had been misconstrued--that was it, that was why he rued the scene so much. He hadn't meant to become the submissive--such a female role. If anything like it happened again, he wouldn't be the one passively accepting what was happening.
And what had been happening? According to the omniscient dictionary, it was intercourse. It wasn't something he thought he'd ever do--it was something that happened to other people--and certainly it wasn't a bargaining chip to be used at will.
He hated himself, now. He hated everything that happened, and he hated that goddamn ticking (he'd taken care of the clocks in the apartment as soon as he'd thrown the door open), and he hated his inability to think clearly at the worst times.
He was disgusted. Disgusting.
He might have been crying, but the scalding water made it hard to discern.
