Has anyone read Children's Crusade yet? I'm so excited for the rest of it but it features some adorable Teddy and Billy time. And Marvel acknowledging that they are at least semi-intimate. Billy magics the room they're given at Avengers Mansion into a nice hotel room with one bed and then asks if they're going to make out there to which Teddy basically replies "Yes if you would stop talking". Unfortunately Tommy shows up all "DUDE WTF R U DOIN? NO MAKING OUT RIGHT NOW, RESCUE SHENANIGANS TIME." but it was still amazing to see Marvel acknowledge that they do have more than just the occasional shoulder touch, loving gaze going on in their relationship.
I need fics of these two like babies need a diaper change.

So I've read all of Young Avengers (#1-12) and that whole Runaways/Young Avengers crossover thing. Can anyone recommend any other series/volumes that have Billy/Teddy?

One for Civil war and one for Secret invasion. There is also a 5 issue Dark Reign tie in. And then there's the currently running Avengers; Children's Crusade, which is from Billy's POV.
I wasn't a huge fan of the Runaways/YA crossoversChildrens Crusade is starting off great, I think issue 2 comes out in a couple weeks(polite sage)
