My friend and I are looking for a good co-op game we could play via LAN, action/adventure is preferred although shooter is also okay.Bonus points for sandbox games.Pic related, what we've been playing.

>>88470PC.
>PC>Shooter>LANSerious Sam
>>88506What he said. I didn't tried the latest HD rerelease, but the original one was bitchin.
Saints Row 2 is always a good choice, even if it's the PC version, so I commend you on starting with it.For a new game, I'd recommend Red Dead Redemption, which is a favorite at the moment and not without good reason. Game be GOOD.
>>88529>RDD>PCThrow some more salt in my wound why don't ya.
Don't get Saints row 2 on PC. One of the worst console ports you'll ever play.
>>88565Well if you've got the sort of computer that can run that poorly optimized mess properly, there's no reason not to.Of course, if you DO have that sort of computer, you're probably a Bond villain and using it to create your new doomsday machine or play Dwarf Fortress.
>>88566It's nothing to do with resources, its just a glitch ridden mess that hardly anyone can get to run properly without hacks.
>>88565I heard it was a port of the PS3 version rather than the 360 one. If that's true, I'd say it's a pretty miraculous port.
>>88594It was ported by some no name korean developers if I recall right.
>>88566Turn off bloom and disable fucking everything. Then you have a fighting chance at running it, haha.
... I have Saints Row 2 running fine on my computer.I guess it's time to take up Dwarf Fortress.
>>88594No, its a 360 port. It's so 360 that the best performance is on computers with the same processor speeds as an Xbox 360
>>88642So Saint's Row 2 runs best on my Amiga?
>>88656That doesn't even make sense
>>88674He's saying that a 360 and Amiga have the same amount of processing power. It's... really obvious. Not sure how you missed it.
>>88682Still doesn't make any sense.
