Some good stuff here, but I feel like this character is a wee bit too similar to Palm from HunterxHunter.Originally she was a hunter obsessed with the main character Gon, and further along in the series she was killed and modified by enemies. In this form she has the ability to weave her hair into the outfit in the picture.So similar personality, power-set, and fashion sense.
