I thought Butch Hartman's art style was bad on humans, but man does it blow hard on anthros. You would think something more cartoonish might work, but characters who aren't the dog and the cat look awful.

This makes Phineas and Ferb's overly simplistic art style look good.

I'm not looking forward to this show, but I'll probably end up watching an episode anyway.

Essentially it seems. More Kimpossible than anything else since it has a villain scientist (the rat) who fills the Dr. Drakken role.
