I don't know who this 'Bok' is, but he must be some kind of smoky god, who descended from the heavens, saw some pigs, and said "I am going to make them really tasty." I hope I can find this bacon somewhere at home (I'm in Tasmania ATM), because making a weekly bacon run to Hobart could get kind of expensive.
