I've been tasked with making Deviled eggs. Who's been tasked with something for tomorrow?

Nobody ever asks me to cook anything around here, mainly because my stepmother takes care of it all. But I just found out earlier we're not having turkey tomorrow, we're having ham. What the hell, ham? Ham isn't Thanksgiving food. I mean, I like ham and all, but it just seems out of place. And all because nobody ever wants to eat the dark meat.

Oh well. As long as there's a good supply of rolls, mashed potatoes, and pie, I'll be fine.

Always ends up with both being brought because of the same deal

Yams.

More specifically my famous Pecan Crusted Tasty Yams.

My mom cooks everything. If I were celebrating by myself I'd be eating a turkey sandwich.

I'll be needing a recipe for that.

I'm making some cannoli and sfogliatelle for dessert.

I made some wheat bread and baked it in two long flattish loaves, then sliced it up. That got served with some fresh cranberry sauce (made with splenda, though; two cups of sugar is a lot of calories) for dipping.

We had a big dinner with relatives, so all I needed to bring was an appetizer.
