i've been thinking about this for a while:

Why haven't we seen/heard anything of Iroh's wife? Did she die before Lu Ten or did Iroh just neglect to mention her? I mean it seems like something that'd matter a lot to Iroh, seeing how he views love and happiness.

Maybe after Iroh's wife died, he just started banging Ursa on the side. It's not like Ozai's emotionally aware enough to know when she wants some hot dickings, and Iroh laid siege to Ba Sing Se for less than a year before Lu Ten died... that's a lot of time he could have been laying his dragon of the west into her fire lily, if you know what i mean.

Every Avatar comic idea I saw on her deviantart sounded like fuckwin to me. Especially when they involved a younger Iroh.

She was also one of the lead storyboard artists for season 3, I think these little comics helped her snag the job.

Actually she isn't, unless something's changed very recently.

She was offered a staff position but had to turn it down due to other commitments at Dreamworks.

My understanding is that she's hoping to do some freelance on the show, but it's hard to tell if that'll pan out or not.
