New thread for Drawfags in general!I figured two things recently:One: We don't have an active Drawfag requests thread at the moment.Two: We don't have anywhere for potential/incumbent drawfags to show off their stuff and get tips on how to get better. Sure, we've got /coc/ but I figure it might be good make a thread here, focused on Avatar contentAnyway, let's see how well this works!ITT: Drawfag requests, and art help in general.
And now for the big, horrible, selfish reason I'd decided to make this thread in the first place!Yeah, I need help...See, I've got a comic I should be working on in the works, and everybody's slightly older. At the same time, the only people I'd shown anything, art or story-wise, are for the most part the IRC channers, and it limits how many people can point to crap that's wrong.I noticed I wasn't getting Aang right. Hell, he was basically coming out like a shonen Zuko (my siblings thought he was Zuko in that *very* first concept sketch I did in the cyberpunk AU thread.)So I sat down, traced and analyzed a few screenshots from the show to try and work out something that made a little more sense.Still, it's not 100% to my satisfaction, the one on the bottom's the only one I kinda like and it still doesn't feel like Aang. So any suggestions are welcome.

I think it's the hair, and the expressions.I'd like to think that Aang would have a thinner cheekboner or a at least his hair is...thinner.... I mean, look at the Aang as a young'un and that last sketch...the hair is nearer to the brow than the original picture...either lengthen Aang's face or raise the hair up a bit more...Other than that..dunno...
