Katara bit her finger, struggling to quiet the pleasured groans fighting their way out of her. If she was any louder Toph would hear them even from this corner of the Western Air Temple, and after the fuss she'd made about not letting Zuko's girlfriend join the group, she hated the idea of being found out for the hypocrite she was.

Noting her lover's agitation, Mai slid a long, slender finger across Katara's lips, still sensitive from fevered kissing and parted just so from the intense sensation running through her. Katara seemed to quiet a bit, as if forcing herself to ignore what Mai was doing to her, but then a pointed fingernail scratched the little bundle of nerves crowning her labia, and the Waterbender squealed like she was in the sweetest kind of pain. Katara soon found out, however, that Mai was far from a cold fish.

Adding another finger, Mai pumped in and out of the Waterbender, her movements precise and efficient as she seemed to hit Katara's every weak spot. For her part, Katara was just trying not to hyperventilate; she was breathing so fast that if Mai didn't stop she might die, but every time her teasing pace slowed even the slightest Katara whined incoherently while her hips feverishly met Mai's thrusts, her body doing the begging her mouth was too numb with pleasure to attempt.

She rubbed furiously, her breathing heavy again, her eyes unfocused as she imagined Mai doing this instead, her knowledgeable touch even more wonderful than what she could do to herself. Mai smiled, and somehow Katara felt herself get even wetter, her fingers speeding up without her realizing it.

I don't think of Mai as "beautiful," so much as I think of her as "handsome." She looks a lot girlier with her hair down, but in her regular hairstyle she has a really attractive androgynous quality. I think I like it because she's probably the only Avatar girl I could even THINK of cosplaying. Like her, I'm not really "cute." But that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I was actually thinking alot recently about what I would do for a fanfic or fan comic that followed right after the last season. I thought the best idea would be to start right off with a Mai and Katara story, where Katara would take Mai back to the fire nation on Appa (Sokka would go along, but for reasons that wouldn't factor much into the first 'episode'). There Katara would make some attempts at girl bonding, Mai would probably have a jealous misunderstanding over Katara/Zuko's relationship and then some fighting would happen involving some fire nation higher ups that don't care that the war is over (leading to the entire plot of the 'season'). Sorry it doesn't involve any scissoring or 69ing, but I do think the two characters would be alot of fun to play off each other.

It's a type of kick. It's correct use is in sidestroke only (which in swimming programs here, at least, is pretty obscure), but a lot of people naturally tend to scissor kick when they should be using breaststroke kick (i.e. during breaststroke or survival backstroke).
