Well it WOULD be nice if Torus, Pinser, Farfetch'd and a whole lot of other 'useless' pokemon got SOME kind of buff.
That's not to say they should get an evolution and lord forbid a babby form, but they could use some stat boosts and a movepool rejiggering at the least.
Gamefreak has already shown us that they just don't give a fuck about balance with B2W2, so why not try and give these guys a little attention?

I think the next gen should just have a bunch of (at least) second forms for previously-existing Pokemon and additions onto previously-existing ideas instead of an entirely new thing.

I feel like there's a lot I wished got more fleshed-out before getting stuff entirely new.

Pinsir needs to be left alone I would say personally. as for those other first few bugs, sure I guess. Heracross is fine as is too. Other than that, the rest aren't anything to major to point out.

Will say that Pachirisu and Emolga should have been related in an evolutionary family. They're both electric squirrels, and I'm pretty sure they were only separated due to that Gen V new pkmn only deal.

I find it very bizarre that Tauros and Miltank are male and female versions due to weird designs differences. I also thought that Bouffalant should have been the evolved form of Tauros, but then Gen V.

I like that fake-mon ideas have explored these possibilities; honestly makes me wish GameFreak would take some sort of competition for designs from these people and try to work things out. But that's for another thread i think.

It's entirely possible. At least naming-wise, I know Nintendo adopted "Leafeon", "Eeveelution", and "Shiny" as official terms when fans had been using them for years. Whether that's just the translators or the company period, though, I have no idea.
