>>157465 I think it has more to do with her coming from a very underrated/cult status game series. Sly Cooper was always Sony's weakest platformer. The last game bombed as well. And if not even belly dancer Carmelita inspired furry artists, then that should let you know just how popular the Sly series is.
Another minor factor is if a female character is deemed single/available. Carmelita always was fixated on Sly and was obviously always going to get with him, that turns off artist. Its the same reason Kill La Kill's Mako's mother gets no art, she's already with her man.
