Trying to keep the proportions a tad closer to the show. The heads on the young characters are so proportionally large that their torsos are only about 1.5 times longer than their heads, and the width of their heads about equals their shoulder length. Even on teen/young adults in Ben 10 the torso tends to be between 1.5 and 2 times as long as the head and shoulders between about 1-2 heads wide. This also tends to leave the characters with long hands as they are drawn proportionally accurate to the face length, often times leading characters to have hands actually longer than their forearms.
