Feet and lower calves should not grow in size from weight gain.
The upper arm (i.e. from shoulder to elbow) should increase in size, and the flabbiness should be mainly visible on the posterior of the upper arm.

There needs to be an abdomen. Her thorax (I'm not talking about her breasts) appears to be almost twice as long as her abdomen when they should be roughly the same. The size of the waist doesn't matter too much (due to differing body types), but it should still exist. If you're concerned about the increased height affecting the titjob, then just make her bend over a bit more.

I was gonna say, when we're dealing with something fantastical and fetishistic like shortstack, the finer points of proper anatomy are basically irrelevant. Particularly if you subscribe to the idea that all of their mass is just redistributed to other parts of the body at the cost of their height.

So yeah, shortstack really means a thick short person, but it's basically been adopted to mean sexy short people, whether they're really stacked or not. Whether it's a sexy midget/dwarf or one who has thick hips and breasts or one that has all of their mass condensed down into their other parts at the cost of their height .... well, it's all gravy to me.
