You're right. I had to redraw the construction a couple times because Taffyta's head didn't quite look like it was over Vanellope's body. It still doesn't. Had I drawn the collar tilted down more it would have looked right.

the line for the legs you drew are wrong, the inner part isn't hollow, she has a candy cane in the cunt, but it's hardly visible and the line art makes it look like it's just the leg shape.
That whole hip area is definitely not very good, though. The artist probably didn't construct the whole model and just drew lines up to the image border, with little care for perspective and anatomy because his main focus was the pussy.

Not entirely happy with how this turned out. Some nasty ass color banding going on... but whatever.

Personally I've always seen Vanellope as more of a mascot type character similar to *picture related* and never as a child. (Not that I had any problems with rule 34 on child characters. Why would anyone who values their general freedom of thought and expression?)
I'd say that if King Candy was around 55, Vanellope'd probably be in her thirties. It's simply the art style of the game Sugar Rush. Everyone is a dwarf with a button nose.

Back to Vanellope, Personally I like her more like in that first pic of the thread and less like she appears in the movie.
As for her age, I would argue that a character's listed age is unimportant, as that's more arbitrary. Especially since they never age in the story.
We could have loli-style Vanellope or "Avatar"/Chibi-esque Vanellope that is more accurate to the original material, and I'm pretty sure we would have our own preferences...
