Seems that Usopp really is worst Strawhat after all.

No no, it's definitely Sanji.

Usopp's definitely trying his hardest to beat him, though.

I'm going to be so sad when he goes back home.
Hey, why not drop off Sanji in Wano and pick up Kin? He does everything Sanji does only better. Well except fly I guess but he definitely makes it up with his amazing costumes.

Yeah, that's right. Funny costumes>the ability to fly.

Oops I completly forgot Sanji cooks too. Oda should really focus on that part of his character more.

Worst Straw Hats are actually Brook (pointless) and Franky (ugly, stupid, and uninteresting interactions with other characters).

This is why the manga has been on a decline since Water 7

>Lao G randomly missing now
>Señor Pink nowhere to be found

Um.. did I miss something? Because last time we saw these people, they were hip deep in combat with the Toy Soldier and Franky respectively. It's as if Oda goes, "Welp! I dragged these on too long, time to move on and I'll show what happened to them in some later flashback!"

Also so much for Robin getting to fight Trebol or ANYONE. She got turned into a toy off-screen, which is literally the biggest cop-out she could have ever possibly gotten. MAYBE NEXT ARC, ROBIN.

>>32974
>>32977
This. He's not even part of the trio anymore, Franky took his place. Fuck Sanji.

>>32984
It seems really really random. I didn't think he even had a devil fruit.. or needed one. Why does he blow up parts of his body instead of just blowing apart his enemies, too? Those dwarves should have been in bloody chunks all over the walls. This DF is also the same as Mr. 5's. Whoops.

>>32980
>This is why the manga has been on a decline since Water 7
Source on that? And no, the source can't come from your ass.

Manga has gotten 5 times more popular world wide since then, in case you didn't know.

Lao G was kept behind by the Tontatta dwarves. Not sure where Senor Pink and Mach Vise are, but we only saw Franky for a second.
Gladius and Mr 5 have pretty similar powers, but they are fairly different. Gladius just makes anything he touches pop like a balloon, instead of actually explode. I really like that he goes in prepared with sleeves and helmets and things to pop to make his battle more effective.
I'm wondering if Robin has a contract, and all the Strawhats are great fuck you guys
>> No. 32987
>>32985

Mr 5's is actually cooler because he can do stuff like blow up his breath. The only thing Gladius has on it is the shrapnel effect.

I wonder if he'd explode into bloody chunks if he ruptured his own body.

>Manga has gotten 5 times more popular world wide since then, in case you didn't know.

Dude you are literally walking right into the "Popularity means quality!" argument that just goes around in circles and nobody wins.

Anyways, Usopp is my favorite Strawhat (followed by Sanji) so I guess I'll just go over in the corner with my shit taste.

I also can't help but wonder if Toy Soldier actually didn't get a contract as toys seem incapable of movement until they get their contract. What if it turns out toy soldier was given a contract to lead the enemies of Don Flamingo, thereby centralizing them and bringing them out into the open to be destroyed? Perhaps I am expecting too much of a plot twist from One Piece, though.
>> No. 32989
>>32988
Are you implying that One Piece is lacking in quality?
Popularity doesn't always equate good quality, but unlike other big name mangas which will go unmentioned, One Piece has seen a steady rise in sales over the years, as opposed to decline or stagnation. Is it perfect? No. Is it better than the rest in the game? You bet your fucking ass.

Fucking this. Like Ussop WONT pull through, it always happens. Or Sogeking will finally save his ass after being gone for so long.
>>32988
It was explained last chapter that thunder soldier was the first toy made in the kingdom and that sugar forgot to give him a contract.

Also, mr. 5 and Gladius are different enough. Gladius can inflate and blow up external non organic things. Mr. 5 can only blow up his body. So I imagine Gladius will be able to just make the walls around him blow up and shoot shrapnel everywhere if he wants. Also, the explosions are different. Mr. 5's explosions are like fire explosions, where Gladius' are like air explosions I think.
>> No. 32991
Why would Sogeking show up? He doesn't gain anything from hiding his identity in this situation. And he wants the dwarfs to look up to him.

>It was explained last chapter that thunder soldier was the first toy made in the kingdom and that sugar forgot to give him a contract.

Yes, I remember reading that, but the idea I am putting forth is that we have a case of an unreliable narrator (the Dwarves) and there exists a possibility that Toy Soldier might actually have a contract that they don't know about. The reasoning I have for this is because toys seem to not be capable of movement without the contract from what we've actually observed, and it strikes me as weird that there was ever a single mistake like that. Furthermore, Don Flamingo has been shown to be a planner and a manipulator type of villain, using deceptions to lure possible enemies out into the open. To me, these three pieces of information screams of a possible plot twist involving Toy Soldier, but it is just a possibility and One Piece could play it completely straight.

I want Ussop to argue with Sogeking about whether or not Ussop needs him. I want him to point out that Ussop trained for a whole year on a hellish island so he wouldn't abandon his friends, and I want him to point out that the crew has beaten down two Sichibukai in the past.

Bonus points if Ussop reveals that he's so afraid of dying because he wants to live to see Kaya again. Bonus bonus points if Ussop denies sogekings help and stand on his own two legs. Sogeking helping would be fine too, because I love that guy.

Powermanga was really good but it looks like they've lost their main translator. Before their run Mangarule was the best. Before them... I guess Null? For the first volumes OnePiecefag and Nep Ece, later Nitoryu, are doing some really good rescans.

Mangastream are second rate scans and have always been. The only reason they got any attention was for being the first one out. They managed to not get overshadowed by panda solely because of how mindblowingly shitty panda is.

If, hypothetically, Luffy were turned into a toy, would the crowd of spectators in the tournament remember their fan-favorite, Lucy? Is that warrior, currently fighting now for all they know, his own separate entity? OR! Would they simply forget the fights he had to get there, questioning why there was a bearded man wearing a helmet tussling with their fine city's heroes?

>Doflamingo is turned into a toy
>everyone who ever worked for him completely forgets everything they promised to him and why they promised it to him
>even the citizens of Dressrosa
>even Sugar herself
>someone jumps in and tells her to turn back everyone else, and their memories fill in the Doflamingo-shaped hole, leaving only the impressions that he was a monster and none of his personal good nature left
>it ends with no intention that Doflamingo is getting out of his predicament, as Sugar then asks Doflamingo to be her new toy friend as part of his contract
How's that for a villain end?
>> No. 33004

the latter I'd assume

This was literally all explained last chapter. Toy Soldier was the first toy created and the only one that Sugar forgot to give an order to, so he remembers who he used to be when everyone else forgot.
Supposedly he would have told the dwarves who he was, so they know too.
>> No. 33022
>>33021
No, the toys always remember who they used to be. Kyros was just able to tell the dwarves.
The people who are turned into toys are forgotten by everybody (which has come up a LOT. It's the main driving force behind Operation SOP, all the gladiators are being forgotten, Robin's forgotten, Kyros is thought to be fictional) So Jessica doesn't remember that Kyros is her father, or that he really exists. Usually they have a contract to never disobey the Doflamingo crew, so they're never able to tell anybody, but Kyros didn't have the contract made so he can rebel against the family and tell people whatever he wants.

Two of the most trusted translators are CCC and Cnet128, both have made recent translations with Mangarule and then Powermanga.
I heard the rumor that CCC stopped translating because he used to do it during work and got found out.

So now Cnet128 is continuing with Powermanga and the quality is still consistently better.
Also bigger scans.

That'd be cool and all, but am I the only one who thinks Doflamingo is too cool to defeat completely this arc? Sure he'll probably get beaten down along with his crew, but I want him to come back Moria style.
