Dammit Usopp stop being such a buddy-fucking cowardly little shit.

Also why do they rely on round-about bullshit without ever considering trying to take the specific enemy out? Just shoot her in the face with an exploding sling-bullet or whatnot, that should put her down for the count.
I mean its better than trying to run away while deep in the enemy stronghold when doing so would give you the chance to free all the toys and have them back you up.
>> No. 32864
>no "great pirate Blackbird" in this one
Inferior translation.

Also "rock-rock" and "sticky-sticky" fruits are really fucking lame and disappointing. Especially to Diamante's last week which was pretty original.
>> No. 32868
So Pica, as in that condition where you eat weird non-food things?
>> No. 32869
>>32868
I feel like that's a missed opportunity from Oda. Though I guess if he ate stuff it'd be too close to Wapol's fruit.
>> No. 32870
So... is pica's fruit a logia or paramecia?. I checked the wiki and found it classified as a paramecia(i figured it would be a Logia). Also is it Pica or Peeker?.
>> No. 32871
>>32870
It's a paramecia because it works like Magellan or Mr. 3

huh...guess i was wrong then. When i first read what his devil fruit was my brain just went "Stone--> a thing found in nature-->Logia

>>32873

the version i was reading called him Peeker.

Stop reading Vietnamese translations then. It's Trebol, Pica and Diamante.
>> No. 32876
>>32875

It wasn't Vietnamese it was mangapanda, but i get what you're saying.
>> No. 32877
>>32870

His fruit allows him to merge with and control stone. Unlike a logia or people like Mr 3 it'd be useless if there were no stone around, but there is and so it's not. Now that I think about it his fruit seems to be strictly inferior to what a real rock logia could do, which is pretty lame. Oh well.

>>32876

The only difference between panda and groups like those is that sometimes those other groups are funny (GOTTA KICK BELLAMY. TO DIE)

Logias are always something you can pass through, so a rock logia wouldn't make much sense anyway. You hit a rock and it's still just as solid, it's not like fire or electricity or smoke or sand where it can break apart and come back together without consequence. In this palace, he's pretty much invincible.
>> No. 32879
I'm guessing Sabo will get back on the fish, snag the fruit and Bart will put a barrier on him to let him get away or take the fruit out

I'm assuming that Bart is just gonna end up helping him out anyways even if he isn't luffy

The problem is that Trebol is still there. And a direct attack on Sugar will bring him down on top of them and turn this into a desperate fight especially considering Trebol's abilities and a sticky man is not someone you want to fight up close.

Planning to abandon everyone else in your cowardice is still a terrible thing to do, he had started to move away from that as early as the Arlong saga.
>> No. 32883
>>32882

That is pretty terrible, but becoming brave isn't something that happens overnight. But the point still stands that a direct confrontation is suicidal
>> No. 32884
>>32883
But its not been overnight, its been years both in and out of series.
And if anything since the timeskip he's gotten somewhat worse.
>> No. 32885
>>32884
He spent two years on an island doing nothing but eating food and dicking around with plants. Maybe what little bravery he built up pre-timeskip all melted away.
>> No. 32886
And I should point out it was about a year and a half longer than he ever spent traveling with Luffy.
>> No. 32887
So what you are putting forth is that Usopp's training actually made him worse and this was intentional on Oda's part, by making him more weak-willed and giving him lame plants to hide behind instead of having him use gadgets.

I figure a stone Logia would be like Stone Man from the Megaman series. He assembled himself out of individual rocks, could break apart and reform. It's not any different than a Sand Logia, just the "pieces" that make him up are larger (this is in no way saying he should have been a logia, I'm just putting forth the opinion a stone logia isn't outside the realm of possibility).

Honestly I believe Usopp works better as a character as a coward who has to overcome his own fear and use his smarts/utility abilities to pull out a victory. I've always been an opponent of the whole time skip bullshit though.

ICE IS WEIRD his phasing never did make much sense to me compared to the others.

Usopp's always going to be a coward and a weakling compared to others, we've always known this. We also know he'd never abandon his crew. It's just a joke.
>> No. 32892
>>32891

Well, he doesn't phase as such. He breaks and then reforms by producing more ice. No reason a rock logia couldn't do the same.
>> No. 32893
Usopp's a useless coward until he has no choice but t stop being a useless coward. He's always been like this and it doesn't seem like even he notices.
>> No. 32895
>>32887
That's not what I was saying, but I won't deny that fact, either. He got one of the absolute weakest time skip "evolutions" right behind Chopper.

Also, what >>32893 said. He's still a coward.. so what? That's the personality he's always had, why would it change? I keep seeing people bitch about Usopp being a coward weekly as if that were anything new. He's courageous enough when he has to be, but even behind the mask of Sogeking and facing CP9, he was a weeping, blubbering mess of shit.

Are Sugar and Dellinger related? They looked similar in the one picture when they were both kids. Also what's up with Dellinger recently? Also why hasn't Sugar taken over Doflamingo's entire operation yet?
>> No. 32902

Doflamingo's family seems to have high respect for him. Sugar hasn't shown any signs of being an exception.

Why?

She seems to get her whims catered to and all she has to do is turn people into toys for her captain, a simple task.
Are you trying to claim she would have some sort of moral issue with his plans? There's no reason for her to be disloyal.
