Actually Blackbeard has the exact opposite fruit to Kizaru's. I'd love to see them get into a fight.

Blackbeard's darkness does utilize gravity (which is great to see in a shonen instead of it just being THE DARKNESS OF MY SOUL) but its only a part of what it can do and obviously is much more limited in what it can do compared to Fujitora's fruit

And this isn't showing Oda not knowing what he's talking about. This Oda using a couple of scientific elements and incorporating them into his fantasy made up powers sistem, just like he always has.

Like with the fire/magma thing. We can rationalize many ways why that would may or may not work in a realistic way, but the case is that in the devil fruit sistem, Magma has higher power hierarchy than fire, it's that simple.

There are many fruit powers that overlap or do very simlar things, that's not gonna change, like Caribou's swamp and Capone's fortress.

Blackbeard manipulated gravity as if he himself were a planet. Fujitora manipulates actual gravity, making the planet the centre to which things fall. Easy as that. Though i hope Fujitora can't just make things fly, because thats not what non-gravity does. Abscene of gravity would make things float, he would still need something to drag it around.

I still say it's too similar to Shikis power. I remember that guy tossing big shit around he's touched like he had telekinesis. Wasn't just 'flight' with that guy.
