Ah, good old mangapanda. Sure they watermark over their own translation like idiots and don't even put the right chapter number, but at least it's entirely in english.

I know, right? Sanji had been steadily getting on my nerves more and more but I had a brief respite because who could hate this face

It's adorable.

Also, I like Robin's new side-sweep hair look a lot better than the pulled-back one she had going on.

at least you don't have to deal with stag beete hair Franky

seriously, there better be some ginormous pay off gag of Casear thinking he's in his ultimate form like that one kid from the lab said and be a distraction to have luffy sucker punch him.

Meh. I generally hate the Supernova along with their worthless fangirl entourage, but Law's been growing on me - especially in this chapter. Mind you I still don't like him anywhere near as much as any other given character.. but he's not as worthless as some other bloated nobodies like Kid. He's starting to get polished around the edges and fit in more.

Yeah.

I just... really don't like him anymore. Pretty much the only thing I had left that kept me not disliking him was that at least in the fillers he was always good with kids, but that just got canonbooted off a cliff, so.

I don't want to hate him but I can think of a million good reasons for why I should and none for why I shouldn't.

I think it's just been a long while since Sanji's had a good moment. Every time the cards are down, Sanji shines. And in calmer moments, he's actually pretty great. Fishman Island's just been crazy, but he's been pretty good in Punk Hazard. I mean, throwing a tantrum may not be a good character trait, but it sure is Sanji and it sure is great to see.
>> No. 26211
My favorite scene was Usopp explaining to law how absolutely fucked he was for deciding to team up with Luffy. Good chapter. I've been digging this arc, and actually excited to see what'll happen next. First time in a long time... probably since Pre-Water 7.

Also fuq da haters, Sanji 4 lyfe.

And you whining about us whining is doing no better.

That fangirl butthurt guy you're "HUR DURR"-ing at (which instantly makes you more respectable than him btw) and I, gb2Bleach dude, are completely free to come into every thread and say we hate Law.
Call it whining, call it bitching, call it whatever you want.
I, at least, will have it to say every time it comes up until it doesn't come up anymore or my opinion changes on the character.
This isn't some character hugbox where we all have to love them all. It's a forum where you must tolerate dissent and we must tolerate being decried against for being vocal with our different ideals in a realm of discussion.

I'll deal with your terrible tastes if you'll deal with my different views. Truce?
>> No. 26227
>>26226
Truce on what? I just said I hate Law, too, but to a lesser extent. Our combined hatred does nothing but bind us together as brothers. It's just like the good old Jinbe days in here:
>"I don't like Jinbe for X reasons"
>"HURR STOP TROLLING U MAD U MAD BUTTHURT JINBE4NAKAMA"
Yeah. Look how much Jinbe's joined since then.

wat?! Explain your hate please. You don't have to love a character (I don't see why you would, we're just starting to delve into his character) but you don't have to hate him either.

If its just because of fangirls, then I don't understand. Who pays attention to fangirls? Much less let them influence your opinion on something.

>>26228
The fact that its called Slime makes me incredulous to thinking it has a real form. If it pops up again with the same features then maybe.

Maybe that at some point in his long time on Whitebeard's crew he told at least one person his story or drank sake with them.

Or maybe Shanks and Marco had a "drink" with Ace one last time and left him a cup.

You know, I was just reading the Viz release of volume 60 earlier.

In one of the question corner segments, Oda was asked by a reader to name one of those that the reader had bought as a pet. Oda basically said "Wow, I haven't seen those lately, they used to be pretty popular." and then made up a name for the thing.
>> No. 26248
How do you even pronounce axolotl anyway. Somehow despite knowing a bunch of axolotl facts I have never once have heard the name spoken out loud.

I really need this very important information so I can make accurate axolotl puns if it turns out I'm right.

So, nobody else gonna point out how the background silhouette is clearly Oars? Or that the implication is that his kind were government experiments?
>> No. 26261

Moria had him on ice, didn't he? Caesar Clown and Hogback both had WG connections, maybe they shared notes.
>> No. 26262
>>26260
Oars is obviously the effect they are striving for.

I would be totally unsurprised to learn Sanjuan Wolf was a defective by product of this same experiment from years ago, it would certainly explain his personality.
>> No. 26264
DID hogback work for the WG? Also, does this imply Oars himself was a genetic experiment hundreds of years ago? Because Oars led a rebellion hundreds of years ago and Vegepunk was not around back then. I'm not even sure the WG was around back then.

But it also would make no sense for Trafalgar to know about what happened on Thriller Bark. Nor was that an experiment in turning humans into giants.

I'm confus.
>> No. 26265
Oars has nothing to do with the experiments.

>DID hogback work for the WG?

No

No

No

Not employed, but Hogback does have a roundabout connection. Moria was allied with the WG and Hogback was allied with Moria, so.
>> No. 26289
>>26266
ok sorry not a rebellion, but he had a large army under his control. He rocked the world or something 500 years earlier. Guess thats well before the WG's time.

It's just curious that the shadow in Trafalgars speech looked so much like oars.
