Approching it from another direction, that of thinking entirely too hard about it, Bec was a male dog, then Jade's corpse was prototyped in there and we got Jadesprite who had no breasts or nipples (Or gigantic canine penis, that porn certainly didn't take long to appear). So no, there's no reason for Jade to have any of those things.

A better question would what she looks like if she wears her hair up, since she's unlikely to have her old human ears now she's got the doggy ones it must look kind of strange.

Well, looking at the least symbolic renderings of Jadesprite, we have these two shots from Cascade. As you can see, in this one we can see the definite shape of her Prospit dreamer dress on her shoulders.

On the other hand, in this one we get a closeup and she's clearly not wearing a dress. Look at all that fur on her chest. But the shape of her shoulders still sort of looks like a dress.

So I guess that either the shoulders are fur that happen to form the shape of the dress', or she's got kind of a Jotaro Kujo's Hat thing going on with her fur and her dress.

i think that since sprites are kind of immaterial/gelatinous blob-like (see: nannasprite going through john's wall and leaving blue ectoplasm behind) they don't really have set forms. the animal features just kind of bleed into their human features, and the clothes they are "wearing" have become part of their body.
