His "power", is a little complicated.
He is a "super soldier", that means he inherited certain characteristic of super soldiers in terms of way his body metabolizes and physiological development. Not all children of one or two super soldiers will become one, he just happen to be the first naturally born case of it, while most individuals becomes one by going through genetic conditioning and cybernetic augmentation during their late teen or adult years.
Another reason that he was of interest from the Biogen corporation is the fact that he was infused with large amount of nanites (nano machines) during his embryological development, as result he developed exceptional tolerance for nano machines in his system.
Most super soldiers go through nano-machine infusion in couple of genetic and cybernetic augmentation. Nano machines enhances the reaction time and recovery by congregating in strategic location around the body and administering various chemicals ,stimulants, or serves as physical connections between severed nerve endings.
The amount of nano machine tolerated by a person depends on their immuno-responses. On Average at the high end about 5-7% of a subject's total body weight can be compose of nano machine, while Damian have over 45-60% depending on the situation. Large part of his body's cell structure are actually nano machines that functions in places of a normal cells.
Practically, Damian have above average strengths and reflexes, and needs very little exercise to "keep in shape". Although he lack endurance because of the fact that he exercise little. He is capable of surviving and recovering from traumas that would usually kills other super soldiers, though this does not mean he is "damage resistant". His physiology is more malleable over the long term then most people. His nano machines can "talk" to nano-machines in another super soldier when they are in close physical contact, he can download or upload certain tactical or biological information this way. The exchange is not a conscious process, although nano machine have tendencies to encourage the exchange through various methods.
