There was no overplanning, a bunch of people did some brainstorming and posted a few bits of story, the thing that really killed it was the fact that other people started bitching that they were derailing the thread or just making the whole thing about their particular fetishes.

In the end the only thing that was really keeping the threads alive were those people who were throwing ideas around and discussing them, after they left the threads went back to being dead.
