Jay-Z - No powers just extremely well trained, he's basically Batman. Has a ninja clan called the 99 Problems.

Kanye - A god sent to earth by Lil B. Whenever Kanye is egotistical he loses his powers but when he learns humility he becomes more powerful than ever.

Kid Cudi - Half alien, basically like Superman but he doesn't know his alien origins.

M.I.A. - Transporting/Cloning Ability

2 Chainz - Like the Iron Man villain Whiplash who has 2 electrically charged whips but instead he has 2 electrically charged chainz.

Nicki Minaj - Flexibility like Elasti-girl and Mr. Fantastic.

Childish Gambino - Shapeshifting/Adaptation

Beyonce - Genetically engineered human who was created to take over the world, the other 2 members of Destiny's Child were unsuccessful attempts.

She leaves her father once she finds out the truth and tries to join the Hip-Hop Heroes. She gets trained by Jay Z and has to fight all 99 Problems, she wins and they soon fall in love.
