For huge shit like that, I just copy/pasted from the script I got, so if the footnote reference is missing, it's because it was missing from the script.

No idea how to do that; I literally just took the folder I had everything saved to (and there was no thumbs.db) and added it to a new rar file of the same name.

That's because you settled for 'Ah, see, when you put your heart into it...(you can do it when you want to...)', which just made no sense to me. And then google translate gave me 'bah, you know when you want ...', and all of this seemed to point to him commenting on Grany's outburst so I ad libbed.
And anyway, it's a little bit late to be fixing things. The upload is out, links are disseminating, and a guy even made an alternate upload for a cbz file. Still a huge rank up from The Black Raven, where I managed to miss out on deleted the french from an entire page...
